I like going to the gym,thankfully the one i go to has some lovely girls who attend it-makes it worthwhile going just to see the eye candy.I prefer circuit training classes though,something high intensity that gets up a good sweat.

well i do karate and i fel gr8 after a session its bloody hard work!!! my hubby also does it and i luv to watch him as well as hes brill at it and i just about wet my pants lol!!!!
