I have the same problem.

Usually, take a Zantac, before going to bed, or first ting next morning.

Have you spoken to your doctor?

Do you also get a sicky feeling?

Have on a few occasions... try taking half a tablet, or even a quarter, still has the same affects downstairs, just not for days afterwards!

i did used to use less tablet. the batch i got from elsewhere had this effect, but had to take more. just got a new batch from elsewhere and will test later, i never used to need more than half a tab at all.

new batch will try half a tab. but do take a lanzaprole to help but think zantac better for fast relief.

Always make sure you get your tabs from a reputable source!

Dr Fox online is recommended.

Central

I'd discuss it with your prescriber, so that you can look at options together - they are trained to understand Its mechanism of action, side effects, contraindications as well as alternatives and symptoms mitigation.

Modifying your diet may also influence side effects symptoms and severity
