Traditionally Sherry trifle doesn't in fact have jelly.. Or indeed fruit..

Which is why we debate this so often--- I can only think it's trifle with jelly--- Nick can only think it's trifle without.

We have family coming for christmas, we are going to both make our versions and see which goes down best

Add a layer of home made strawberry processco jAm and jelly

Add vanilla custard

Then processco infused cream whipped

Flaked chocolate 80% at least and a few lighted toasted almonds.
