I have seen strongest man on tv pulling cars along by their teeth.

Tie one end of a rope to your washing machine, and tie the other end to your testicles, and see if you can pull the washing machine out from under the work top.

The Kayan tribe has women with metal rings around their necks from childhood. If there are any people on who can weld, they could start fixing them on to your balls.

Whilst not creating the giraffe elongated neck that these famous women have, you could start as a new tourist attraction for the UK, potentially increasing tourism income, after a Brexit collapse.

A new fab male tribe could be started too, allowing you to compare rings

Various types rubber or silicone sleeves that slip in place. Leather straps with popper fasteners or laces. Metal weights of various types and also various types of stretching devices.

Depends on what you are comfortable with wearing and using & how much you want to pay.
