If you could turn off your sex drive

If you could turn off your sex drive, would you?

You'd have no sexual desire. You'd get life stuff done without having to waste time wanking or looking for people to fuck. You'd find joy in sunsets and sticky treats.

hiding from cock pics.

I don't think so, I guess it's similar to thinking would I turn off my sense of taste, so that I was no longer getting the pleasure I do out of food, and therefore didn't want to not overindulge on all the tasty pleasures I feel like.

I get a lot of pleasure from my horniness, although I must say it mostly only springs into action when I am attracted to someone, and interacting with them, it seems to lie dormant mostly apart from that, a little bit like when I smell or see delicious food I want it, but without it being at the forefront of my mind I don't have the same pull.

Brilliant description. Me too.

It happens naturally sometimes and it's good!!

Spent a fair few years without a libido and had an amazingly tidy house

Would be good to have a switch though so I could turn it on and off at will.

There were times in the past I would have said yes I would definitely flick that switch as the frustration was too great. Now no way at all

Can I turn it back on once it's off? Or is this a permanent thing?

If I was able to switch back and forth then yes, most definitely

In the past, even up to a few months ago, I’d have said yes.

It just got in the way and caused more bother than it was worth.

Now it’s been awakened properly and I definitely wouldn’t turn it off. Maybe when driving, don’t need a boner when driving

I did for years and it never bothered me as if I turned it on I would have been left frustrated and unhappy. Now I wouldn’t as I know I’ll be very satisfied x

If it had an on and off switch I'd use it now and again. Being horny and sexually frustrated can become distracting.

Definitely not.

Women are far too fascinating and beautiful not to want and desire.

I seem to have inadvertently turned mine off and I can't find the on switch now

I wouldn't turn mine off. Although I'm always horny and frustrated by it at the moment, I know from past experiences how fun my horniness can be (and tiring).

So for now I'll deal with the pent up frustration and wait for the food times to roll on up...

Well to be honest it is more or less switched off anyway, let's forget the 10 minutes of self gratification last night.

On off switch.....

99% of all PC problems seem to be fixed by switching it off and back on again, so maybe it would be a really good thing to have

I would say that of you are letting your libido get I'm the way of your life, that you need to take stock and get some help with that

I still enjoy sunsets and sticky treats. I just enjoy lots of sex too x

I don't turn on my sex drive or indeed turn it off, it just happens.

No. I've had periods of this. Was even celibate for many years because of it. I would never want to lose it again. It's just about finding a good balance
