That’s where the metatarsal hangs out.

All of your weight goes through that bad boy hence the pain being quite acute.

Plenty of causes. Weight arthritis etc.

I get it occasionally some nice gel pads make it bearable.

Unless you can get PF at the front of the arch it's not that. Behind the ball of my foot going up into the arch of my foot. Will have a Google later.

I do have PF in my other foot though so walking is fun right now!

I suspect I need new shoes
