Don't eat cereals but in your case Alpen is just a trademark name brand, plenty of other equally good muesli out there and Alpen used to be full of sugar.

I mostly eat porridge but if I'm pushed I'll have a bowl of museli or granola. Some of the Lidl / aldi granola is really good.

Cereals are bad food. Might as well eat a bag of sugar or a shit load of biscuits.

Only good ones are :- weetabix, , porridge oats, all bran, bran flakes, shredded wheat.

The rest are weight piling , sugar rushing , leave you hungry crisps of nothing nutritional.

I laugh like hell at things like those Belvita biscuits.

Read the label. It's a biscuit. Not a nutritional start to the day.

Not strictly true re your list of the only ones that are good.

You've missed the (no sugar/salt)correct muesli and some bran flakes aren't great but you know what sometimes I just want to eat what tastes good without worrying
