A 22y/o today was cleared of false r word charge after 2 years.

I’m super happy for him.

I’m not well versed in the justice system, but if he’s been cleared on false allegation. Surely there is consequence for the person making those allegations?

I don’t know but for now law is protecting her identity

Without doubt it's an horrific and hideous crime but the law should protect and punish equally and fairly.

Apparently, there were texts from her telling him that being r word was her fantasy and then she reported him to the Police

Looks like another case was dropped as Wellbutrin to same reason, which was investigated by the same team... Is that would be incompetent or discrimination against men
