The scales...they speak the truth.

So in about 3 weeks time how much fatter will you be? Have a guess and let's open this up in 3 weeks time chubbies

Technically at least some of them do lie! I have 2 sets of scales at home and they both say different things! So at least one must be wrong!

I’m sure the one that makes me 3lb lighter is the proper one! Yeah, that’ll be it!

I know I’m fat, I don’t need scales to tell me this, I can’t see me over eating, if anything I’m so busy at work I could see it going the other way to be honest!

Geeky x

I do it all year round, weighing myself at fat club weekly made me depressed and I gained weight.

Hiding in the shadows

My weight won't alter, but my body composition will.

There's a huge difference

Ah, but not all lies are real lies, more like systematic error or random noise

Totally agree with this I always go on how my clothes fit, I *know* when they feel right or wrong. The only time I'll weigh myself is when my clothes fit properly.

I suspect they might feel a bit tighter after Xmas though

I'm hoping to get down to 14 stone by Christmas and I'm not really celebrating this year so *hopefully* I won't gain anything. (Fingers crossed)

I don't tend to over indulge. I don't like the feeling of being too full. Ill probably stay about the same.

9% chocolate coins, 25% turkey and trimmings, 17% assorted puddings, 19% wine/beer/ill advised spirits, 15% Christmas cake, 14% oh fuck we forgot the cheeseboard. 1% overindulge remorse.
