With a paraphrasing nod to Charles Dickens; my worst time latterly gave me my best time when I realised what true friendship and real support meant. Not my best year, but the light at the end of the tunnel is so bright, it’s almost blinding.

Climbing to the summit of Mount Kinabalu in Malaysia. 4,100m above sea level. Physically so hard but real sense of achievement when I got to the top!
