Laser removal

Been considering hair removal on the chest and wondering if Laser is a better shout with risk of less infection than waxing. Thoughts?

I'm seriously thinking about getting laser treatment.

I have really sensitive skin (in certain areas)

Can't shave, or use any creams.

I get waxed but still often left with a nasty rash for a few days.

If I weigh up the yearly waxing costs, then lazer isn't actually that expensive for long term benefits

I've had professional IPL on my face for pcos, obviously it's only temporary results because of the condition, I've just treated myself to a home machine which is obviously very different to the monster used in the clinic but there is still that ping you feel when it flashes so it must be doing something. I hope it is anyway!! They do say if there's no pain it's probably not doing anything!

I slept through most of my back tat being done! Paul has to wake me every 40mins & make me walk round!

Just got back from a waxing... Let's hope the red rash has faded before tomorrow night

Ive had 11 sessions and spent over £1000 getting my 'lady bits' lasered over the last 12 months. Its been uncomfortable but its well worth it, lovely and smooth, no hair, no stubble no rash. Pay the extra for medical grade laser, IPL is no where near as good

Aren’t lasers awesome?

They can remove tattoos

Zap unwanted hair

I’m using a multi beam one as I tile today.

I’ve had holes burned into my eyes to reduce the pressure and save my sight.

They can even be used to sign your initials on your organs (well it’s used like a laser anyhow).

I'm currently in the process of having laser removal on one of my tattoos.Appart from the pain as it's being done and the stinging for a day afterwards it's been fine.I know there's really harsh lasers like the old ruby laser treatments but the newer lasers are much kinder to the skin but also give better results x
