I'm currently looking at new properties to rent. So decided to send a message to estate agents via Zoopla detailing what it was I was looking for and budget etc.

It amazed me how quick the responses were from the agents so.that they could load me into their systems.

Now the same agent has called 3 times and each time asks the same information ... which he should have.

I hate poor customer service and this should be just basics..
