Go to bed at around 1-2am and up at 7:30am most days

It varies, not everyone is the same. I need around 8 hours a night and I make sure I get it, most of the time.

I try 8/9 hours a night and weekends 12!

I need my sleep so much!!

But mine is probably due to the medication I'm on.

As I'm getting old I find I tend to fall asleep early in the evenings if I'm not being entertained. It's almost as if my body says this is crap sleep would be better....

I try to get 8-9 hours a night when I'm workinf.

I exercise helps massively. If I've got things on my mind or stressed and haven't done anything physical I may as well kiss goodnight to a good sleep.

I average about 3 to 4hrs a night, I manage quite well on that but it's like living on a knife edge, if I have too many consecutive bad nights sleep then I really know about it

Some nights I'm awake on and off throughout the night, and get about 4 hours.

On a rare occasion, when my dogs don't wake me and I'm asleep before midnight I get about 8 hours. Some days and have to have a granny nap in the afternoon, or I won't make it to the evening.

Have to get by, no other option but to manage. I go to bed early, follow all the usual good night sleep guidelines. Then proceed to lie there wide awake.

I don't have any sleep patterns due to ma meds, so sometimes I'm a night owl, othertimes I'm up at the crack of dawn before I have a granddad nap in the afternoon. That's what recliner chairs were made for, right?

Ads had to get up at 6 weekdays but isn’t asleep until gone midnight, usually on a Friday he zonks right out early!

Me myself, I’m now on day 8 into my 11 day stretch at work and I’m lucky my boss sent me home early yesterday because I haven’t got a day off until next Friday she was worried I was going to burn out as we had a big weekend with an event and I organised it all. My sleep pattern is horrible, I rarely sleep before 2 and I sometimes wake with ads (usually on my damn day off!) other times I will sleep most of the day if I’m off, if I’m at work I’ll get up around 9. I wish I could have a proper sleep pattern!!

Geeky x

I'd like at least 8, I usually get between 6 / 7 depending on how close to 12 I get to bed. On the Weekend I can sleep pretty much 10/11 hours if undisturbed
