An observation though ... ‘nice’ people are often criticised for not being themselves and it’s referred to as unnatural in some way to be nice. I feel that says more about them than ‘nice’ people. It’s not a bad thing to be nice.

The one advantage of being an old fart is that you can dispense with all the game playing of youth!

I’ve zero interest in the ‘treat em mean’ brigade - but neither do I want someone needy and desperate who messages every five mins to ask ‘wuu2’ (I’d love to murder the person who coined that phrase!)

A healthy balance is fine - particularly on fab when being overly nice will almost certainly result in people taking you for a ride - and not the nice kind! Xx
