I was thinking about getting the other half a present from there, then I looked at Trustpilot. Are their stuff really that bad?

I've not had a problem with Swarovski jewellery, the pieces I have are lovely.

Maybe have a look at Thomas Sabo. Some lovely things there. I have a Thomas Sabo charm bracelet, it's beautiful.

Never known a problem with them. Cour De Lion is nice too. Pandora is popular but very expensive for what it is.

I love Pandora also. Have a collection of bracelets. It is expensive for what it is, though never buy it for myself. Luckily the men (sons and boyfriend) in my life know to get me Pandora for presents

but Thomas sabo, Pandora and troll beads also great

Trouble is with review sites I always take comments with pinch of salt. What is it that gave them 1.5 / 5. Customer service, product or delivery?

People find it generally easier to bitch about companies online, and rarely when they have a positive experience share their views.

you can alwayslook at the products in store before buying online to check the quality.

Both swarovski and Pandora have offers .. might have missed black Friday and maybe they have deals leading closer to Xmas. I'm quite shrewd and never pay full price for products from these stores.

Swarovski stuff gets delivered from switzerland and Pandora stuff from Belgium So allow 3-4 days for delivery.

None of us know anybody on here. My comment is based on the information in front of me, the same as anyone else does on any other thread.

I use Swarovski beads in jewellery I make and in my opinion you can't get better quality in lead crystal beads, do whatever trustpilot says I would ignore. Besides online customers can be right idiots and not have a clue about the review processes. For instance on Amazon I'm always seeing people leave bad product reviews when they really should be leaving a seller review.
