When I was younger I used to be partial to toast with chocolate spread, ham, banana with coconut sprinkled on top

Try adding some cinnamon into the mix, just a fine sprinkling, it may take your concoction to another level..

Bang some bread under the grill toast it on one side...

Take out when toasted, spread some marmalade on the non toasted side top with cheese and put back under the grill until melted.....

It's a taste sensation people
