Why do the put you in the room furthest away from everything?!

Also... Last time I stayed here they put me in a dirty room (I was moved straight away once I reported it). This time the room looks clean but in the bathroom there is a dirty hand towel and the soap has been opened and used.... Should I report it?

It's a work deal and to be fair I've stayed here lots and that was the only issue. They gave me a fluffy robe wine a chocolates to apologise.

Second soap bars, who knows what nasties or curly hairs may be lurking on it..

Your paying for a survice and thay are not providing that survice you have payd for....

Just phone down to reception and ask them to replace the hand towel and soap,

Most of the time the hotel cleaners are on time limits to clean the rooms and are usually understaffed they probably just miss things

good answer. One of the major chains allow cleaners 23 mins per room!! That includes family rooms with sofa bed and truckle bed to put up and make. Or take them down and put all the extra quilts and pillows away.

The hotel need to know or it will continue just try to do it in a nice fashion.
