Parma ham wrapped chicken thighs, Portobello mushrooms stuffed with pork, smoked bacon, garlic and chillies served with roast brussel sprouts finished in a crème fraiche, olive oil and double cream, butter sauce.....What!, I love cooking and enjoy my food.
