My rota changed recently from 2/3 weekends working to every weekend off

but I'm doing a few hours of overtime this evening.

I was rudely awoken at 7am to go in and cover for a friend as she's poorly.

I had but of a wild night last night so I felt like a zombie at work this morning but I'm home now and I'm trying to feel and look human again x

I pretty much always work on the weekend, the joy of working in the food and drink area in a hotel.

Thankfully it was only the breakfast shift today which means I started at 8 & finished by 1.

I hate working weekends. I'm doing a 12 hour shift then travel 1.5hours home. Can't wait for tomorrow off!!
