I read pretty much everything on the forums...but only occasionally post, and thenit's usually in the nice/funny threads.....tend to hide when things get heated or too personal xxx

on another forum on here there was a snipe at the regular posters on here ...i just dont agree with what was said ...and as it was said in a forum im asking what other people think...do people find the forum intimidating in any way because of the regular posters?

Of course there are the regulars in here the same as there are in chat

If I was looking from the outside in it can seem as if whole threads are full of people quoting each other and I know im guilty of doing the same

That may seem intimidating to some and they might not want to post for fear of being ignored between everyones conversations

Having said that ive been here for ages and have seen loads of new people,some stay,some go and loads come back again so they can't be that bad,and we all had to do the same and make that first post and join in with it all without knowing anyone

Well i did find it hard going when i first come on to the forums.

If the regular 'Forumites' stopped posting , then there would be no forums. Ive really got hooked on reading them, and some of the postings, particularly by single men really make me laugh. Nothing like a meaty debate to pass a boring evening .

The forums are gauranteed to be informative, inflammatory, a place to discuss, let off steam, vent your splean and most of all to amuse with all the diverse topics and characters. I for one love the chuckles they can bring me daily xxxxx

when I first posted a few months ago i judged the regular posters, which on reflection was wrong of me as I had a lack of experience to draw a fair judgement. I thought it was clique and too ruse and aggresive at times. I was wrong and actually apologised to PD today for something I said to him months ago.

I still think in some cases, if you have nothing nice to say, its often better to say nowt.

I truly never realised folks use to forums to chat with pals the same as the chat room, that was he biggest learning for me. On the clique thing, its funny when some folks speak on behalf of theirs friends ... its friends... and when others do, its a clique ... bizarre.

anyway, least I was big enough to say I was wrong

I now prefer the forum to the chatroom, I can be far more controversial and stupid lol

I've only recently started looking at the forums, and started posting on interesting threads - but I love it, and its great you get a "sense" of some of the people who post on here - and like someone said it can be really good fun at times!!

I hate crowds.

they make me bitter and twisted and slightly psychotic.

Oh hang on, that is just me, nothing to do with crowds, but I still hate them. Conjours up images of christmas shopping in Asda. ( other supermarkets available)....makes a noise to show how much she hates them , something between a growl and a mental outburst.
