Just ask her, I wish I was brave enough to ask people in real life situations but it's guess work as to whether they'd be single or not. Most guys around my age are already taken.

I would absolutely not be offended if a guy asked for my number, if I was attached or uninterested I'd just laugh it off and say I was flattered but ..... I wouldn't be offended or pissed off by it though.
