Black guys, like white guys and orientals, differ widely in the trouser department, so generalisation is impossible.

However on the stats front a survey stated that black guys on average are around a quarter of an inch bigger than white guys on average. And asian men are on average three quarters of an inch shorter. I don't know the stats for girth, which tends to be more important for most people I have chatted to, though this is just a result of my own experience.
