Unlocking Messages

WELWYN GARDEN CITY

I have seen a few status's asking for messages to be unlocked. What is that all about? Is there a quota for basic accounts and they have to pay to unlock more messages?

Not sure about the unlocking, but there is a message limit if you aren't a site supporter so maybe it is people asking folk to pay.
