"Good evening to you all again. Now yesterday we tried, and failed, to answer the question “what noise does a giraffe make”. Now today we face a new question, a new challenge..... will there be an answer? Will it come from one of you? Let’s find out ...! So, if Pinocchio said “my nose will now grow” What would happen? Good luck " Nothing reason being he has not told a lie, his nose only grew when he lied.

Now today we face a new question, a new challenge..... will there be an answer? Will it come from one of you? Let’s find out ...! A statement can be a lie. Sooooooo I guess we are no further still. Tricky one this So, if Pinocchio said “my nose will now grow” What would happen? Good luck Nothing reason being he has not told a lie, his nose only grew when he lied. Good luck " Pinocchio's nose grew when he lied. These lies were not reversed by him telling a truth. If he lied his nose would grow. We need to consider what he said BEFORE the claim about his nose. If he had told a lie BEFORE he said my nose will now grow then his nose will indeed grow. Not because he said it would but because he told a lie prior to stating that his nose will grow. If he did not tell a lie BEFORE saying my nose will now grow then he is lying about the impending growth of his snout ........ so he lied. So it will grow. Pinnochio's nose will grow.

"There's no such thing as a truthful lie. That's like asking someone in a car to go leftright." There tends to be elements of truths in all lies.

"There's no such thing as a truthful lie. That's like asking someone in a car to go leftright. There tends to be elements of truths in all lies. " Correct and truths so exaggerated that no one could believe you weren't lying BUT the truthful elements are truths and they false elements are lies...... There are NO truthful lies
