Dear Sister Lisa, forgive me please for i have sinned.

Yes i know it's a late confession, but they have only just left. Had my mum and dad up for the weekend and thought i had all things covered food wise for breakfasts. Saturday was no problem, my dad loved the thought of bacon rolls so that was sorted. Got up this morning and he wanted Marmalade on toast, thought i hade that one covered as well so got the marmalade out of the fridge, toasted and buttered the toast and handed him the marmalade. He opened it and started to spread it.................it had gone mouldy..................forgive me Sister i had no idea it was mouldy
