I used maps tonight after a recent update and it’s much improved! The landscape is better to see plus there’s now a speed sign - I checked it and it changed within a second of passing a different speed sign. Very clever, I wonder how they do that? And I wonder when cars will automatically pick up speed sensors and not let you go faster...

I use “Waze” for all my sat nav needs

Live traffic updates and route diversions. Also points out pesky mobile police cameras

That’s handy. I made sure my new car has a speed limiter and cruise control to contain me and my need for speed. A ban was avoided by the skin of my teeth

The other apps seem no different apart from superficially looks wise but updating for maps is worth it if you use it

I usually put it off for as long as possible until it usually automatically updates in the early hours! I always use the maps, I’d never find my way anywhere otherwise!

I’ve never had the speed signs until tonight. Strange if they’ve been there a while for you
