Just sorting some paperwork out after moving and have some cheque books that I’ve never used. I can’t recall the last one I wrote, it’s either card or bank transfer these days so erring on destroying them.

When did you last write a cheque?

I just received one, but need to try and locate where the nearest bank branch is to pay it in!

You'll soon be able to pay them in by taking a pic on your phone. Some banks may already have launched that facility.

I now claim on my health insurance by submitting a pic of the receipt. I doubt anything will be on paper soon!

That’s a bugger! I think I’ve written one in 10 years personal and business. Most accept bank transfer now and it’s too much easier.

These guys wouldn't. Cheque only. No cash, no bank transfer, no credit card.
