My cousin uses it for her kids adhd and swears by it that it does wonders. Certainly better than the pharma products id say.

Ive seen videos of it being applied in the feet of people with seizures and parkinsons and it takes effect almost immediately. They may have been thc versions but im almost certain they were cbd.

Are you planning on using it for anything or just curious?

I can be a bit stressed out at times so was considering trying it for that reasons but it also sounds like it’s beneficial for general health and well-being as well

"Anyone?"

Cbd and thc are definitely good for the body. Out of all "drugs" most stay in the system for a couple of days tops as your body flushes it out and trys its best to be rid of the "poison". Whereas the body holds onto thc and cbd for months on end because it doesnt reject it and its doing good in you.

That would be my reasoning.

I use the pet version for my kitten. It was prone to loose poohs, other wise thriving. Tried it first before trying traditional medication. Worked brilliantly at calming his bowel down. £29.99 from Amazon.

Your body naturally produces cannabinoids so cbd oil helps promote it. From cancer to diabetes to anxiety, pain depression, epilepsy, insomnia, addictions and as an anti inflammatory it could prove to help so many people if it's proven effective. A lot of positive research is being carried out so here's hoping it's all true. It'll cost the pharmaceutical companies billions mind you

It’s quite difficult to find anything negative. Just a handful of people that state it had no effect on them but many more calling it a miracle

Yes was classed as medicine in 2017 as far as I am aware. Many shops sell it as alternative medicine

Quite so , but many people can’t cope with the thc and it’s ilkegal in the uk .

So the cbd is a worthy option and it works well for my back pain .

My instinct is to automatically assume that it's absolute bollocks, on the strength that anti-vax nutjobs and loons like that fucking Avocado Wolfe clown like to claim it's a miracle cure for everything from terminal cancer to halitosis. However, this post inspired me to spend my lunch doing a little reading up on it. Actually quite interesting reading (once you've got past all the "woke" articles and pro-cannabis campaigners) as much as I could understand. I'd like to see more real research done into it, I can't find much more than anecdotal evidence in terms of actual real-terms therapeutic effects, but what scientific research does exist makes for fascinating reading. I do enjoy having my mind changed about a contentious issue I've already decided my stance on.

This seems the popular opinion that fuels the "Big Pharma" conspiracy types, but I don't necessarily agree. It seems to me that it's more likely to MAKE them millions. If proper clinical trials show that it really is as effective a treatment as early tests seem to suggest, it's highly unlikely cbd oil as we know it now is what we're going to end up being prescribed. It's not going to come from a load of plants grown by a couple of old hippys on a farm in Minnesota. They'll have to figure out which cannabinoid (sp?) receptors need to be stimulated to treat each particular illness, isolate the particular part of the cbd that stimulates that receptor, figure out how to extract it, synthesize it, formulate it into a usable drug, figure out what FORM of drug works best (pills? Liquid? Suppository?) figure out how to formulate it so the body absorbs it correctly, if any catalysts are needed to aid or inhibit it's absorption to the best therapeutic effect, than manufacture, market, and sell it. It's not going to put Big Pharma out of business, because Big Pharma are going to be selling the stuff!

"What is cbd oil? "

It’s an extract from cannabis which seems to help with many conditions , from pain to sleeplessness and even more serious conditions . CBD oil doesn't contain more than 0.2 % THC , so it won’t induce a high and is perfectly safe .
