Chin up, chief! He's not kidding, they seem a decent crowd here, on the whole. One day at a time, yeah?

Btw, loving the hair. Makes me reminisce about my baggy-kecks and Nu-Metal days.

We all need connection but unless you have good friends on this scene or online, fab can feel superficial and lonely. Take good care of yourself

LOVE your hair!

Fab can be very superficial, however, I've met some of my best friends through swinging and this site. Some awesome people dwell here!

Good on you for putting yourself out there!

Now get out and get yourself some fresh air and exercise. Nothing has been proven to be more effective at making you feel better..

Hi OP

Welcome to the forums.

Depression and anxiety are cruel.

There are lots of us that have been there, myself included.

All I'm gonna say about your pics is try to do a photo you're proud of, something that gives a sense of your personality perhaps. It's not the rule, but I found pics I was proud of made me feel like I'd accomplished something I wouldn't normally do.

Good luck

How are you with dogs..? .. I understand the cycle of depression also mild agrophobia at times... walking and interacting with "mans best friend" has proved really therapeutic for me ...be safe x
