Mine are

Well...there not bad!

I put a bit of Philadelphia on top of the mince meat before the top goes on.

They never last more than 24hrs so that's a good sign.

I used to love the ones from Cooplands with the brandy butter. Though they seemed to change the recipe last year and I went off them a bit.

M&S 'The Collection' ones aren't bad. They recently topped a Which? poll to find the best mince pie.

This was on the witrlsss the other morning, they had m&s waitrose, Tesco finest, Asda and Aldi and Aldi came out on top!

If I'm buying, Aldi do a good 'un. But I much prefer my own, I do a fucking mean sweet shortcrust. It's all about the goat butter. Still working on getting the mincemeat recipe spot on though, I did a pretty good one last year so I'm planning to expand on that this year.
