I fucking love it ... it might seem nothing to you all but I've been feeling down on my figure the last couple of weeks and I took this pic this morning and thought "yeah! 10 stone lighter ... I've done good" ....

I would like to lose another 5 stone if I can but it has slowed down and it's harder BUT I am very motivated

We just used my fitness pal so hopefully it will continue as our lifestyle changes

I lost just over 2 a week

Gf is on about 1-1.5 a week unless her endo flares up

That really is brilliant ... it's a great feeling when you see results isn't it?

I posted a before/after pic on Facebook and one of my male friends said "FGS Minxy, when you do that you're meant to use the same person" ... that made my fecking day!!!

I have gone down from an "E" to a "D" which disappointed me a bit but not too much ... as you say they haven't totally gone lol

He stubborn but don't deny yourself totally ... I didn't last Xmas and I won't this year either

I get there in January and think I have almost acheived the latter

You certainly have! Well done!! Age isn't an excuse for not going after your goals anymore and I love that! Some of my favourite clients are in their 50s and 60s.
