Essex.

On my way home after a night shift, normally at home in bed by 7.30 but running late so won't be in bed until 9.30...

Next week got 5 but 3 are overtime, so not so painfull and it means I can sleep all day Saturday so will be raring to go Saturday night at the club...

I stopped working nights a few months ago.

I never thought it affected me too much really. Now I have realised that I was constantly tired and would never go back to night work.

If you work 5 nights a week it's definitely to much but 3-4its not so bad. As long as you have time to rest and play

I used to work 10 nights in a row with very few days off at my worst point.

Sucked.

"The money?! "

There is never enough money!

I decided a while back that I wasn't going to work long stupid hours anymore.

No more early mornings or late nights or weekends.

I obviously have less money but I don't care!
