"Good message, especially considering what happened to lil peep the other day" We all die but men do seem to manage this in ways that sadden the world. I was counting up the people who had killed themselves in my life and then I added in alcohol, substances and those who just didn't go to the doctor when they had a persistent pain or cough. Men are in the majority. | |||

It's true, being a man can be tough. The way we think about, relate to, talk about being a man is ingrained early. If you're not comfortable in that mould then you're accused of not being enough of a man. We all have to address this.

"I've been dealing with depression and anxiety for a few years now. Only a few weeks ago I had the bottle to go and seek help, i was completely rock bottom and couldnt see a way out. speaking with a therapist really helped me out, I still have really bad days, but I'm certainly feeling a lot better, but have a long way to go. To guys out there in the same boat, don't bottle it up, go out and get the help you need. " The best thing about rock bottom is that you can only go up or sideways (unless you want to make things even harder for yourself). I'm glad you found a way to go up. Thank you for sharing. | |||
