I think Die Hard (classic choice for a man) Mrs went for Home Alone.

Definitely 'Die Hard'

If you don't cry at the end, you don't have a heart. I must have seen it over a hundred times, including a few times on the big screen at the BFI, and I always have that speck of dust in my eye at the end. Sniff sniff
