I’ve tried a couple. Best one I tired was Aneros. You need to work at it though. Get comfortable and then try find the spot. Took me a long to get it. Actually my first was with another tv doing it to me and that was wow. Now I can massage it and get quiet a lot of Precum. Without touching and almost full orgasm but it escapes me. I have tried a few over the years. Some are lovely and work reliably, some just miss the spot completely and others seem to work sporadically. I think this is partly because of the variations in human anatomy.

If I limit myself to the devices designed and sold specifically as prostate massagers the ones which have work well for me are the Aneros Progasm and Eupho and the Nexus Revo. I will also slip onto the list the Njoy Pure Wand which is sold for either P or G spot stimulation and I find absolutely wonderful.
