I need suggestions for good places to get properly fitted for bras.

My weight has gone down a bit, not much, but weirdly the boobs seem to have got bigger.

I'm in a tonne of pain in the nipple piercing from a badly fitting bra cup.

All suggestions welcome.

If I vanish I've fallen asleep and will look in the morning.

Not sure but my ex went to M&S a good few years back for similar reasons...not sure if they still do it now though

I don't know if there is a store near you but I've found the best place to get fitted for bras is bravissimo.

You may find you end up with a vastly different size to what you have been wearing. Many women have a back size that is too big and a cup size that is too small. They do only cater for larger cup sizes though, I think they start at a d cup.

If you get fitted properly by them you can check the make and style if the bra, jot down what size it was and have a look on ebay and amazon when you get home. Bravissimo is expensive, prices usually start from around £32 just for a bra. You can often find the same bra much cheaper online.

Don't go to M&s they are bad at measuring. Try one of the small independent shops or even try at Debenhams, they've been very good every time I've tried them x

Yes they still do bra sizing good at it as well.

You can always check out a site called boob or bust ladies shows you how to do it yourself and it's pretty accurate

Marks and Spencers offer a good measuring and fitting service. I buy all my bras from there and find a great choice for everyday wear plus 'occasion' bras too which come at a good price and wash and wear well

Or just give her a cuddle and use both hands....

I think I might go to a couple of places and see what they say.

Nope past all that, if I haven't mastered in nearly 20years I'm not going to. Admit defeat. It either stays on or they remove it.

Try boob or bust online. I went from a 34dd to a 30ff and now have no backache, no fiddling around putting them in all day, and better posture
