My camping fry up, which I shall have today at home, as I have 2 defrosted breakfast packs that I need to use up before they go off.

Each pack has: a sausage, 2 rounds of black pudding, at least 3 rashes of smoked streaky bacon.

Just need to add sliced onions and mushrooms, and a fried egg, and a fried slice.

To be washed down with a glass of orange and mango juice and a very large sweet and creamy strong coffee.

Can't wait!

I am on holiday today, so not in a rush to go to work.

Normal workday breakfast will be a glass of juice, a cup of coffee, plus a couple of slices of toast/croissants/crumpets.

Scrambled eggs and crispy bacon with tomatoes and toasted muffin. Cup of tea and one section of a box of cadbury's chocolate fingers. Pile of trashy mags. Breakfast heaven.

My favourite is poached egg on lean ham with raw tomato and slice of mated bread toasted, followed by a block of lard washed down with cooking oil. Sooo healthy
