Hola amigos, it is a warm and nice day here. I have just had a walk on the beach. I will have pasta and mince later, what about you?

Don't know yet. Trying to come up with something diet friendly with what I have...the fact that i only have a tub of clotted cream ice cream and some oven chips isn't really helping with that

They are the only two things in your cupboards? I pride myself on being able to make a meal out of very little but that's going to limit things a little

We have steak and kidney pie filling in the slow cooker that I'll make pastry for when I get home.

It'll be dished up with super chunky chips, mushy peas, gravy, and crusty bread for dipping.

Spiced roast pumpkin,red pesto and ricotta soup..For me.

Pulled pork in a steamed bun with a side dish of chilli noodles for hubby.

Lemon meringue pie and custard...
