Cialis isn't just for sexual performance many people use them for different reasons but it basically helps produce large amounts of extra testosterone.

That's not entirely true. No additional testosterone is produced As far as I understand, it CAN however act on oestrogen. Suppressing it somewhat and increasing 'free' testosterone.

It's a secondary action. Not its intended one.

Cialis is tadalafil, in the same way viagra is sildenafil - completely different drugs but as you might guess by the names in the same class

They work in exactly the same way - tadalafil however sticks around a lot longer with effects up to 36 hours
