We all have those times when we feel a little tender for one reason or another...what do you like to do to pull yourself out of your pit of misery?

I like to bake, or walk...

Love baking. I do that. And exercise.

Hope you feel better soon. In the meantime share the fruits of your labour

I bake, walk the dog and have a bloody good cry.

The dog walking and crying I've done today had no time to bake

Jump in the car, whack the tunes on loud, drive, sing loudly, dance and not stop until it passes.

Hide here for an hour or two.

Pick some rather good music , get pooch and head for some of most favourite places . We sit and just meditate x be present in the moment

Have a good cry and an early night. cuddle from the kids/dog and a walk help too. But mostly a good sob helps the most. Tires you out.

I take the dog out for a walk and then snuggle up on the sofa with her. She loves me unconditionally so it makes even the worst day good

It's ok to be sad and feel down from time to time .

It's good to cry to release your emotions and it's also good for the soul to be compassionate with yourself

That's just an excuse they give, they actually hide in changing room to have a snog with fellow gym goers That's why I came down to enrol at ur gym, but when I saw a guy with one finger on left foot, I ran away.

hiding from cock pics

I first started walking in the countryside when I was emotionally tender, and I have done a bit of a Forrest Gump and never stopped.

I walk every weekday now emotionally tender or not. I do find it a great time to go over anything I need to do in my head, and sort my thoughts out.

If I have no thoughts or feelings to sort out, I just simply listen to my music and enjoy the open space.
