So not long untill the festive season What was the last good deed you did

For me was to buy presents for a family who carnt afford much for Christmas after having their benifits cut Will be sending a hamper of chocolate for all of them to enjoy too

I paid for a new mums shopping in Asda! Screaming newborn, exhausted looking mummy on the verge of tears who forgot her purse and needed nappies and a little shopping. I remember how hard those first few sleep deprived months were.

My last good deed was telling a oap that she will fall if she uses her Zimmer the way she was .gave her a number where she could get free better one for her .

Im buying a few small toys when i do my shopping for the local children's hospital

and a few selection boxes for a food bank i send donations to

its not much but this time of year its something for the kids at christmas

I was in a hotel recently and watched a couple of elderly ladies having evening dinner.

Overheard one of them say the food was lovely but a bit expensive.

As I was leaving and got my bill, I paid their bill up as well and left without saying anything.

Even though I didn’t see their faces or reaction, I hope it bought a little happiness to them.

/am a big softy at heart

Saw a woman getting mugged and had to help..we split the takings, got 32 quid each which was nice

Last thing I knowingly did was gave £5 to a homeless man and bought him lunch. But the most important thing was I gave him my time, for him to be able to tell me he’s and ex army sergeant left on medical grounds but suffered PTS and lost it all...family & Home

It’s not much but something that has stuck with me xx

I agree people just dont find the time to just talk to people

Around this time ladt year i bought s homeless guy a hot drink while talking to him found out he had a partner i took my coat off and said to give it to his partner it wasnt much but went a long way never once did he ask for anything including the hot drink

I will, as I do every year, do a large shop for my local food bank, not your ordinary rice, pasta or beans, but some chocolate n cake and Christmassy stuff, so all those that use the food bank can also have some extra bits n bobs. Haven't done it yet, as it's a tad early, but that's my plan.
