what makes a profile good for you?

I think I may have stretched mine too far, but then I'm fairly content with it.

But what catches your eye in the wording of a profile? Can a profile be too long?

We don't mind long profiles, being of the opinion that if someone can't even take a few minutes to read one, they're probably not the people we want to meet.

I like short and sweet but it has to have substance too. If it takes a longer profile to get out what you want to say then that's fine too.

I like to get an understanding of what the person wants and what they have to offer. Some profiles waffle on a bit and confuse me so short and concise works well for me
