Lack of trying

So been through some people’s profiles recently and it frustrates me how couples and ladies really don’t have to try to get anywhere.

Now I understand us chaps outnumber every other sex but that still doesn’t explain why a lady can have no picture no interests and a bio that says “will fill in later” and then have 15 verifications next to her name

Sorry just wanted to vent feel free to discuss anything below

They might of removed their profile text and pictures for some reason, But couples and single women will always be in more demand on here with or without pictures/text and its not that hard to work out why

If you look at it from a different perspective. They don't have to try (allegedly) because lots of men will message a blank profile with no picture.

However, we're a couple with a full profile and pictures and we have to try pretty hard.

As a single woman I can at times struggle to get meets, I know I’m picky but that just means I get sent a lot of abuse when I refuse to lower my standards, I also get sent a looooooot of pictures of things I really really don’t want to see, just yesterday for example, I turned a guy down and his reply was ok followed by 3 pics of him having sex with someone, I’d already said I wasn’t attracted to him and I wasn’t attracted to the women in the pictures either yet it’s apparently ok for him to send that, I can see why it’s frustrating as a man on here to try and try and not get anywhere but if one of you guys wants to take over my profile for a day or two please feel free

I’ve also been on here as a couple and know that’s frustrating as hell too, I love this site but at times it sucks

It's the way of Fab OP - nothing you can do about it other than focus on enhancing your own experience of the site rather than worrying about others'.

To be honest, from my point of view the fact that a blank single lady profile is able to attract "interest" says more about the people contacting it than the owner.

One of the most popular single men on this site had over 50 verifications before he ever put a pic up on fab.

It really blows the "you need to have a rippling 6 pack" theory out the window.

Blimey we girlies can't win. If there is nothing to read on our profile and no pics you moan. If the profile is too long, you moan. Moan, moan, moan.

It achieves nothing getting frustrated that blank profiles have lots of verifications. You don't know how hard that person may have had to work to get those meets. Honestly, it's best to just up your game, concentrate on improving your own profile and persevere. Perhaps?

You don't know what side your bread is buttered on fella...my gf and I have a couples profile here too...I won't touch it with a barge pole..having a couples profile is shit and a lot more work than a single guy profile .we just gave up with the couples profile in in the end...haven't logged into it for months, too many bullshit messages, sooo much more of a pain in the arse.

The grass is not greener on the other side man..you don't wanna be on a couples profile honestly, I'd have left fab ages ago if i had to be

OP I would just move on to other people who have made an effort and ignore the blank profiles.

The fact of the matter is there are just so many men on fab that it doesn't matter how shit a single lady's profile is she will still be inundated with messages.

When I first joined I received about 300 messages within minutes despite having no pictures and not yet filled in my profile. It very nearly scared me away completely. I logged out and didn't come back for over 2 weeks, deleted all messages and started again. Thankfully it had calmed down because I didn't show up as a newbie anymore and I was able to explore the site at my own pace.
