Yes, perfectly natural.

Too much stigma about men showing and sharing their emotions, feelings and thoughts.

Absolutely! Never bothered me but I'm glad it's becoming more accepted especially given mental health considerations - we all need to be open with our emotions

let it flow.

There is no shame in a tear from time to time. It proves you are human.

There and to the left a bit

Course it is - I'm a serial blubber and have been known to get a touch of the moist eye at the most innocuous things (John Lewis Xmas ads being a good example)....and the mere mention of the last 15 mins of Toy Story 3 is enough to turn me into a blubbering wreck

"Pfft, they should man up! "

I forgot to say in my comment above I occasionally shed a tear... but only when I rub chilli and onion into my eyes..I take part in a lot of 'man offs' you see and we do that to get ourselves ready.

I say take part...I mean win obviously...I say win...I mean dominate

Yes, I don't do it often but you should have seen me when my 12 year old dog had to be put to sleep earlier this year due to illness, I was sobbing like a baby

Better out than in.

It can be very cathartic to release all the tension and angst.Don't consider it a weakness,it's a strength.

Men are only human the same as women, yes it's okay for men to cry. Bad shit/sad stuff happens, we cry and get upset regardless of our gender. XXX

I get teary when I watch The Green Mile, there, I’ve said it and if I’m not a man by admitting that I’m fine with my non testosterone fuelled life, anyone who can’t express their emotions surely isn’t whole

The first ten minutes of "Up" had tears rolling down my face.

My daughter gave me a big cuddle.

No its not....get yourself to the doctors and get your tear ducts removed. I'd you don't before you know it you'll have a man bag, a top knot and a mangina. Take action now and you might be ok
