Depends on the time of year.

Summer is definitely a Rose, otherwise a White unless it's winter and really cold, then a full bodied Red hits the spot.

Red, rather partial to Malbec.

Rosè gave me a terrible case of wine fever so never again, granted it could be something to do with drinking 2.5 bottles but just the thought of it makes me wretch.
