Do they still have adult porn cinemas etc or anything like that?

I'd be surprised if the area doesn't have a club of some description. Have you looked at the club reviews section yet?

Nearest club is Le Boudoir in Aldgate, a couple of miles away.

Soho has become very gentrified in recent years. You may still find a couple of things around Brewer Street, Great Windmill Street or Walkers Court
