Only a week away ...

Anyone doing it, if so, who are you running for, have you gotton many sponsors and what time are you hoping for ?

Oh .. have you done any training ?

I've been on the treadmill 3 times since last years run, does that count as training or plain stupididy ?

Noooo that's just an illusion once you get through the start and onto the Tyne Bridge, it all thins out - excellent atmosphere, great day to be had by all
