any advice whats the best cure for bad Hungover

Maybe going back to bed and sleeping it off is best.

First of all out of bed and have a cold shower will really wake you up and stop you feeling groggy. Then get yourself down the nearest cafe or pub and have a full English breakfast with a pint of orange juice or a pint of lemonade. If you feel too sick for food then try to go back to bed and sleep it off.

I've never experienced one, (dunno why, just lucky) and to be honest always thought that people kinda over-exaggerated them, but having seen friends who have suffered it doesn't look fun.

Best advice from what most of our friends do is lots of fluid, maybe diaoralyte followed by a soft drink like .
