Annoying so many fakes

I have had some timewasters the past few weeks why do it you got the chat nothing else you invision a meet,just do the meet you might enjoy it instead of hiding behind the thought

Always ask to speak on the phone.That tends to sort out the wheat from the chaf so to speak!

In 3 years of using Fab we have met 10 men privately, all of which were successful meets that led to something. However for all those we chatted to and decided for whatever reason not to meet, does that make us timewasters? Also some guys that we chatted to chose not to meet us for whatever reason. We didn't accuse them of being timewasters though - we assumed they changed their minds about us. It seems a bit harsh to assume someone had no intention of meeting just because they didn't meet you.

Everyone is always a timewaster or a fake. Why don't we just say incompatible, lost interest, got bored . Look inwards to why people may have done so. Are you boring them and in doing so wasting their time too ?

I don't meet everyone I chat with on here! If that's leading someone on then that's their problem not mine. I never say I'll meet until I'm 100% sure I want to.

I would disagree with this... I am not a fake as I have a few meets now, but hate speaking on the phone as it is awkward with someone you don't know. Just keep messaging and swap a couple of pictures. Take everything with a pinch of salt until you do meet.

For some this is their way of life and for some this is a bit of fun. So for some a chat is considered much more important than maybe the person they chat to.

This is a site for fun, if you meet then happy days, if you don't then chill and move on.

I agree, I've no doubt there are a lot of deliberate timewasters and fakes out there, though (touch wood) we've yet to have the misfortune of wasting our time on any of them. But it it does seem that the word 'timewaster' and 'fakes' automatically gets thrown about whenever someone chats and doesn't meet. I don't think that's fair.

If someone on here seems too good to be true then question it. You can put pictures through search engines like google image search or tineye reverse image search to see if their pictures have been stolen from the net.

You could ask to speak to them on the phone, you could keep the chat polite and not too sexual so you're not given a potential fake some wank fodder. Can arrange a social first before making concrete plans for sex.
