Went trick or treating with emo kid n 8 of her friends last night. Had a lovely time n walked all the way round the estate with the help of my stick. Got back to the car after making sure all the kids got home safely. Put my stick in the boot of my car. Lost my balance fell off the curb n face planted the floor.

Today I'm sporting a lovely black eye, a very bruised shin and a cut head with the imprint of my keys on my cheek.

ptu xx

My biggest tip is don't push yourself cos you'll only regret it the next day. Defo keep active tho just make sure she listens to her body and rest when it's telling her too. Vitamins are a big help too. Xxx

Thank you lovey x

She’s really struggling mentally.

She's lost 13st in weight, I've been training her for a year now & then Bam! 10wks ago her body just started to, in her words "give up on me"

She needs to excercise, for the mental release not just the physical side.

Trying to work out a balance she can manage at the moment xx

Yes it's differcult to find the happy medium n fibro always moves the goal posts. Best thing to do is read read read cos it isn't just about fatuige n pain there's so much more to it. Fibromyalgia UK is a good fb group as it's more factual as apossed to woe is me. Xxx
